Meena Khalili is a native of Washington, D.C. and Assistant Professor of Design at the University of Louisville. Khalili's work has been shown at the Type Director’s Club of New York, Chicago Design Museum, and galleries throughout North America, Canada, China, Indonesia, Australia, Moscow, and in 2017 her work with the poster series celebrating the National Parks System, Type Hike was added to the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.
Originally known as Dewey Lake State Park, this park became Jenny Wiley State Park to honor one of the frontier’s most amazing women, Virginia “Jenny” Sellards Wiley. The park has 49 lodge rooms, 18 one and two-bedroom cottages, a dining area that seats 244 people, a convention center, hiking trails, picturesque Dewey Lake, disc golf, and a 121 site campground. From June through August the Jenny Wiley Theatre Company performs Broadway Musicals.
