Refund Policy

Returns:
Our policy is unique, as all items in our store are created by different artists. Our artists are paid for sold items on a monthly basis, and so, ALL Purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only in the same month they have been purchased. After that point, we have already paid the artist(s) who have created your unique purchase, and can no longer offer store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt.
