Hodge Podge by Lauren Hillerich
Revelry Gallery welcomes Lauren Hillerich for her debut gallery show, Hodge Podge. Lauren is a self-taught Kentuckiana artist, and her show includes artwork that showcases the culmination of skills gleaned over 20 years of handiwork.
Lauren loves to play with a multitude of media, including mixed media painting, textile collage, and sculpture; the through line of this collection is her signature bold color palette. With special focus on traditional craft methods, the application and color displays the artwork with a modern folk art lens.
