Jenny Powell Pottery

Jenny Powell (b. 1985, bahbee) is a ceramicist working in Carrollton, Kentucky. She began her artistic journey in 2016 as a studio assistant with an independent artist and has continued to cultivate the craft of wheel-thrown and handbuilt pottery.  

Jenny creates functional ceramic housewares that are meant to draw neovintage design into our everyday life. Each piece is made to be used, loved and even broken. She draws decorative inspiration from mid century mod, vaporwave, 90s cartoons and so many disposable cups.

When she isn’t in the studio making, Jenny shares a home with her person and her cat, Harley. She enjoys growing plants, exploring new food in new neighborhoods and going on tabletop game adventures.
